-  Manage team of production artists, designers and illustrators in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that produces print-based marketing solutions enhanced with paper-engineering, audio modules, video screens and lighting effects.
-  Design Americhip’s marketing materials, prep files for production and create comp art for mockups to be hand assembled that ranged from complex paper-engineered pop-ups for Starbucks and Disney to customized marketing pieces with lights and audio for Mattel and Sony Pictures.
-  Designed and rendered artwork in pop-up book for Lowe’s Snowman Gift Card Incentive Mailer that won 2008 Racie Silver Award for Innovation

-  Led brainstorm sessions to develop new toy concepts
-  Designed for Applause retail gift line, including licensor-approved novelty items for Looney Tunes and Star Trek

-  Hired and managed a staff of 5 project managers to develop promotional and retail lapel pins, pin-cards and pin sets for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games
-  Worked as Orient Vendor Liaison with responsibilities including negotiating personally with our overseas vendors and domestic freight forwarders to maximize company’s production volume and timely delivery of product
- Licensed Sports Project Manager, working with sales reps servicing their pin-card promotional orders and retail product orders for several ballparks before promotion to Creative Services Manager
