Product designer and manager on several kid’s meal promotions and custom retail programs, from concept to creating black & white and color presentations through overseeing tooling patterns and paint masters. Negotiated with clients & licensors to expedite approvals & production, managed in-house & freelance designers, and worked jointly with account executive staff to achieve project parameters.

Highlighted roles/programs are Creative Manager on Star Wars: Episode I for Tricon Global Restaurants and Lucas Licensing Ltd. and The Nightmare Before Christmas for Musicland and Disney Consumer Products; Designer and co-Creative Manager on Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition for Taco Bell.

Managed product development and production scheduling of 1996 Olympic Games premium and retail lapel pins and collector's pin sets for IBM, Coca-Cola, and other Olympic sponsors. Hired and managed a staff of five for this new department.
