HARRY POTTER and the ORDER OF THE PHOENIX (Published 2003)

In the aftermath of the tragedy and revelations at the end of the Triwizard Tournament, Dumbledore immediately reinstates the Order of the Phoenix, an organization that once challenged Lord Voldemort in the days before Harry was even born and now mobilizes itself in preparedness of the Dark wizard's recent reincarnation. However, the wizarding society is split over news of the Dark Lord's unnerving return. While some support Dumbledore's call for vigilance, others are in complete denial that He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named could be back, including the prominent leaders of the Ministry of Magic. Meanwhile, 15-year old Harry Potter struggles impatiently against accusations of being untrustworthy and even mad for his declaration of his parents' killer's return, while his best friends Ron and Hermione advance not only in age but responsibility as they are named Prefects for Gryffindor House in their fifth year. HARRY POTTER and the ORDER OF THE PHOENIX – Remembralls

Number twelve, Grimmauld Place: "Here," Moody muttered, thrusting a piece of parchment toward Harry's Disillusioned hand and holding his lit wand close to it, so as to illuminate the writing. "Read quickly and memorize." Harry looked down at the piece of paper. The narrow handwriting was vaguely familiar. It said: The headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix may be found at number twelve, Grimmauld Place, London. (Excerpted from Chapter Three, page 58)

Nymphadora Tonks: She screwed up her eyes in a pained expression as though she were struggling to remember something. A second later, her hair had turned bubble-gum pink. "How did you do that?" said Harry, gaping at her as she opened her eyes again. "I'm a Metamorphmagus," she said, looking back at her reflection and turning her head so that she could see her hair from all directions. (Excerpted from Chapter Three, page 52)

Auror: "You're an Auror?" said Harry, impressed. Being a Dark wizard catcher was the only career he'd ever considered after Hogwarts. (Excerpted from Chapter Three, page 52)

Kreacher: "Kreacher is cleaning," the elf repeated. "Kreacher lives to serve the noble house of Black –" "– and it's getting blacker every day, it's filthy," said Sirius. (Excerpted from Chapter Six, page 109)

Dolores Jane Umbridge: In the complete silence that greeted these words, the witch to the right of Fudge leaned forward so that Harry saw her for the first time. He thought she looked just like a large, pale toad. She was rather squat with a broad, flabby face, as little neck as Uncle Vernon, and a very wide, slack mouth. Her eyes were large, round, and slightly bulging. Even the little black velvet bow perched on top of her short curly hair put him in mind of a large fly she was about to catch on a long sticky tongue. "The Chair recognizes Dolores Jane Umbridge, Senior Undersecretary to the Minister," said Fudge. (Excerpted from Chapter Eight, page 146)

The Quibbler: "Can I have a look at this?" Harry asked Luna eagerly. She nodded, still gazing at Ron, breathless with laughter. ... "Anything good in there?" asked Ron as Harry closed the magazine. "Of course not," said Hermione scathingly, before Harry could answer, "The Quibbler's rubbish, everyone knows that." "Excuse me," said Luna; her voice had suddenly lost its dreamy quality. "My father's the editor." (Excerpted from Chapter Ten, pages 190 & 193)

The D.A.: "The Defense Association?" said Cho. "The D.A. for short, so nobody knows what we're talking about?" "Yeah, the D.A.'s good," said Ginny. "Only let's make it stand for Dumbledore's Army because that's the Ministry's worst fear, isn't it?" (Excerpted from Chapter Eighteen, page 392)

Occlumency: "Study what?" said Harry blankly. Snape's sneer became more pronounced. "Occlumency, Potter. The magical defense of the mind against external penetration. An obscure branch of magic, but a highly useful one." (Excerpted from Chapter Twenty-Four, page 519)
