The Wonderful REVIEWS Are In!
Aug 17 - What the Butler Saw:
"Kelly’s predilection for decapitated diva dolls pales in comparison to the secret that motivates David Lindsy-Abaire’s funny and insightful Wonder of the World, directed by Holly Baker-Kreiswirth for The Little Fish Theatre."
Aug 18 - Daily Breeze:
"The meat jelly sets in motion more than a dozen madcap vignettes that put tense emotional situations in the service of short, rapid-fire gags. With the assembly-line wackiness, coupled with Little Fish Theatre's garage atmosphere, 'Wonder' is the small stage 'Mad TV.'"
Aug 22 - Random Lengths:
"Madcap and whacko just begin to cover David Lindsay-Abaire's goofy play. The basic premise is unbelievable (more later) but somehow director Holly Baker-Kresworth and her cast sell it."
Aug 23 - Stage Happenings:
"Good screw-ball comedy calls for special direction, however, and the actors must have a knack for delivering bold-face, drop-
dead lines that make your jaws fall open in disbelief. Director Holly Baker-Kreiswirth understands the importance of fast-paced
comedic timing. Though the action could have been a bit more frenetic on opening-night, she kept her six-member cast on its toes as each one jumped through hoops to deliver the goods."
Seot 3 - Golden Rain News:
"This isn't a play about discovery, but instead it's a play about an outsider who doesn't fit in, who continually tries to find a place to fit in this world. But this Cinderella never finds the shoe that fits. The journey we watch is humorous and will have you exiting the theatre with a smile."

Here's mine, Holly and Bill's first full production staged at the Little Fish Theatre in San Pedro. The cast is fantastic and the story is, as always, outright hilarious. I'll be there each night up in the tech operating lights for every show. Come check us out if you want to enjoy a fun-filled evening of theatre, experienced in 4D!! |
